Carbon Steel Lined Candle Water Filter for Corrosive Water Treatment

Introduction:
The candle filter has good sealing performance, long service life, can withstand high pressure, extend working time, and can recover the residual liquid after filtration, among other advantages. The system is controlled by PLC programming and operated via touch screen. The entire filtration process is automated, allowing for online backwashing. The backwashing effect is good, and the use and maintenance are convenient and reliable. The internal of the tank is equipped with multiple filter tubes (the candle tubes are divided into metal and non-metal types), suitable for different requirements. Due to the absence of a driving device and the simple structure, it can cope with situations with a large filtration area.
The internal of the single machine integrates multiple tubular filter elements. After filtration, when a certain pressure difference is reached, the liquid is emptied, and the filter cake is blown off by backblowing. The filter elements can be reused.
This machine has prominent features such as wide applicability, sealed operation, multi-functionality, large filtration area, strong pollutant retention capacity, and easy backwashing of the filter cake. It is suitable for various special filtration scenarios with high impurity content, high precision requirements, high viscosity, high temperature, strong acid and alkali, etc. In actual working conditions, two filters are usually connected in parallel to form a system, with one in use and one as a backup, for continuous filtration. The PLC controls, and the pre-coating, filtration, slag discharge, cleaning, etc. procedures are automatically executed. Multiple filters can be integrated into a large-scale filtration system.
The candle filter is classified into two models based on the type of filter elements:
LF-M type: Internal plum blossom-shaped framework support, outer jacket with seamless filter cloth, materials include polyester, polypropylene, PVDF, PP, etc.
LF-F type: Metal powder sintered filter element or non-metallic high molecular material sintered filter element PE, PA sintered.

▪ Filter cakes can be recycled and dried to achieve maximum economic benefits;
▪ Gas reverse blowing for discharge is adopted, which discharges cleanly and quickly and is suitable for various viscous materials;
▪ The entire filtration process can be fully automated (configured according to pipeline automation);
▪ Applicable to viscous materials and high solid content;
▪ The filtration accuracy is high, generally ranging from 0.22 μm, 0.5 μm, 1 μm, etc.

Scope of Application:
Chemical Industry: Filter and recover catalysts and pesticide intermediates, filter and recover titanium dioxide and black carbon powder, PTA, amine solution, electrolyte, polyol, polyethylene glycol, potassium carbonate, epoxy resin, high-purity alumina filter, white oil and other solvent oil filtration.
Pharmaceutical Industry: Biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals, fermentation liquid filtration, crystalline filtration, decarbonization filtration, suspension, citric acid, fermentation extract, antibiotics, antibacterial agents, pharmaceutical intermediates, herbal medicine preparations filtration.
Food Industry: De-carbonization and de-colorization filtration of monosodium glutamate, yeast, soy protein, fruit juice, syrup, sucrose, alcoholic beverages, edible oil, drinking water, gelatin, ultrafine crystals, fruit glucose solution, lactic acid filtration, etc.
Metal Processing: Cleaning agents, coal tar, machining coolant oil, metal sheet and foil rolling oil, copper foil, filter aids (activated carbon, bentonite, diatomite, perlite, etc.) filtration.
