Our PP Pleated Water Filtration cartridge is a large-diameter pleated industrial water filter, engineered for high throughput, low pressure drop and long service life. Available in standard lengths of 20”, 40”, 60”, this high flow pleated filter is a direct drop-in replacement compatible with Pal, Park, M3 and Pentar high flow filter housings, widely used for raw water filtration, RO pre-treatment and industrial process water purification. This high flow filter adopts a single open-end, outside-to-inside flow structure with 6-inch large diameter for maximized filtration area.
- Filter Media: Polypropylene pleated media (standard); glass fiber media available for special chemical resistance
- Support Layer / Inner Core: Reinforced polypropylene, high structural strength, no fiber shedding
- End Cap: Glass fiber reinforced PP, integrated injection molding
- O-ring Seal: EPDM as standard; Viton / Buna-N optional for different chemical media
- Bonding Technology: Thermal fusion welding, no adhesive, no secondary contamination to water
- Micron Rating: 0.5μm, 1μm, 5μm, 10μm, 20μm, 50μm, 100μm optional
