Products manufactured by Lefilter are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration of the warranty period corresponding to the product. Lefilter’s liability and responsibility shall be limited to the replacement or repair of parts manufactured by Lefilter and shall not be liable for any costs incurred in connection with disassembly, installation, transportation or any other costs associated with the warranty. Products and/or system components sold by Lefilter and manufactured by others are subject to the warranty provided by the manufacturer of said products and/or components and are not subject to Lefilter’s warranty.
Lefilter shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, losses or expenses arising from improper operation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized alterations, repairs, accidents or products not installed and operated in accordance with Lefilter’s operation and installation manuals or any other cause.
