Product Introduction

The fully automatic self-cleaning filter is a precision equipment that uses a filter screen to directly intercept impurities in water, purify water quality, and protect other equipment in the system from normal operation. Water enters the self-cleaning filter body through the inlet, and due to intelligent (PLC, PAC) design, the system can automatically identify the degree of impurity deposition and send a signal to the discharge valve for automatic discharge. The fully automatic self-cleaning filter overcomes many disadvantages of traditional filtration products, such as small pollutant holding capacity, susceptibility to blockage by pollutants, the need to disassemble and clean the filtering part, and the inability to monitor the filter status. It has the function of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element. During cleaning and discharging, the system provides uninterrupted water supply, which can monitor the working status of the filter and has a high degree of automation. Covering various filtration precision requirements from 50 μ m to 3000 μ m, we provide customers with various water filtration equipment.

Working principle

The water to be treated enters the body through the inlet, and impurities in the water deposit on the stainless steel wedge mesh, resulting in a pressure difference. By monitoring the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet through a differential pressure switch, when the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electronic controller sends a signal to the control valve and the driving motor, triggering the following actions: the motor drives the brush to rotate, cleaning the filter element, and at the same time, the control valve opens for drainage. The entire cleaning process only lasts for a few tens of seconds. When the cleaning is completed, the control valve is closed, the motor stops rotating, and the system returns to its initial state, starting the next filtering process.
