Introduction
LEFILTER Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane delivers 0.0001μm filtration precision (1/50,000 of a hair’s diameter), achieving 99.9% desalination and removing bacteria, heavy metals, and colloids efficiently. Developed by Xinxiang Lifeierte Filter Corp. (15+ years in filtration), it serves scenarios from large-scale seawater desalination to lab pure water systems.

Developed by Xinxiang Lifeierte Filter Corp., Ltd. (15 years of filtration industry experience), the membrane integrates advanced composite materials (aromatic polyamide + polyester support) and anti-fouling technology, making it suitable for both large-scale projects (e.g., seawater desalination plants) and small-batch applications (e.g., laboratory pure water systems).
Features
Ultra-high filtration precision: 0.0001 microns filtration accuracy, intercepting 99.99% of viruses, 99.8% of heavy metal ions, and 98% of colloids (data from Membrane Separation Technology Handbook, 2023).
High desalination & water production efficiency: Under 500 psi pressure, desalination rate reaches 99.8% (industry average: 99.5%); water production rate up to 45% (10% higher than traditional membranes) via “wide flow channel” design (1.5mm inlet channel).
Long service life: Anti-fouling hydrophilic coating reduces organic adsorption, extending cleaning cycle to 90 days; black nitrile rubber (NBR) sealing rings resist 10bar pressure, ensuring average lifespan of 3 years (1.5x longer than ordinary membranes).
Strong customization: Supports size (40-80 inches length, 4-8 inches diameter) and precision (0.0001-0.001 microns) customization, with minimum order quantity of 1 piece for trial.
International certifications: Passed CE, ISO9001, and NSF/ANSI 61, meeting global industrial standards.
Technical Data

Working Principle
Reverse osmosis (RO) is a pressure-driven separation process that relies on the selective permeability of semipermeable membranes:
Pressure application: External pressure (higher than the osmotic pressure of the feed water) is applied to the raw water side.
Molecular separation: Water molecules (smaller than 0.0001 microns) pass through the nanoscale pores of the aromatic polyamide, while impurities (salts, bacteria, colloids) with larger molecular sizes are intercepted.
Concentrate discharge: The intercepted impurities are discharged as concentrated water, ensuring continuous purification.

LEFILTER’s composite membrane structure enhances efficiency: the ultra-thin polyamide layer ensures precision, while the polyester support layer improves mechanical strength, resisting pressure deformation during long-term operation.
Application Field
Seawater/brackish water desalination: Used in coastal cities, islands, and ships; a Middle East desalination plant using LF-RO-8040 reduced energy consumption per ton of water by 29% (from 4.5kWh to 3.2kWh).
Food & beverage industry: Purifies raw water for carbonated drinks, dairy products, and brewing; a yogurt factory achieved 100% product qualification rate after removing 99.99% of thermophilic bacteria.
Pharmaceutical industry: Produces water for injection (meets USP <1231> standards, endotoxin ≤0.25EU/ml); a cephalosporin manufacturer passed FDA inspection with stable performance.
Agriculture: Desalinates saline-alkali land irrigation water (reduced conductivity from 5000μS/cm to <800μS/cm in Xinjiang farm, increasing cotton yield by 30%).
Power & electronics: Treats boiler feed water and ultra-pure water for semiconductor production.
