Ordinary brackish Reverse Osmosis membrane cannot withstand 32000ppm high-salinity seawater and 800psi extreme working pressure, which leads to separation layer rupture and rapid flux attenuation after short-term operation. Our LF-SW marine dedicated Reverse Osmosis membrane filter adopts fully reinforced spiral winding structure, achieving a stable single-stage salt rejection rate of 99.7%. This specialized RO membrane requires multi-stage Ultrafiltration membrane module to filter sediment and marine plankton before raw seawater enters each RO membrane element. Without complete UF pretreatment, the service lifespan of seawater Reverse Osmosis membrane will shrink sharply and bring frequent replacement costs.

Complete LF-SW series Reverse Osmosis membrane element and matched UF membrane specifications are sorted in our water filter element.
Main Industrial Application Scenarios
1. Cargo ship & yacht onboard compact seawater desalination units
2. Remote coastal island resident centralized fresh water supply stations
3. Offshore oil & gas platform domestic water treatment equipment
4. Marine aquaculture factory circulating water purification lines
5. High-salinity underground salt well water desalination projects
6. Coastal resort integrated domestic water supply systems

Core Performance Advantages
1. Reinforced winding structure supports max 800psi continuous operation for Reverse Osmosis membrane
2. Constant 99.7 salt rejection rate for all LF-SW Reverse Osmosis membrane element
3. Thickened fiber avoids rupture under long-term high pressure impact of this RO membrane filter
4. Anti-crystallization coating slows salt scale accumulation on RO membrane surface
5. Full size range from mini 2521 to industrial 8040 for all tonnage demands
6. Matched multi-stage Ultrafiltration membrane module provides full protection for the whole set of Reverse Osmosis membrane filter
