Multi column self-cleaning filter products can effectively and reliably filter out mechanical impurities in industrial circulating water, widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, power generation and other continuous water applications. Especially in the steel mill purification treatment of hot rolling, continuous casting muddy water (containing oxide iron sheet and oil), and in the clean circulation system of the by-filtration treatment effect is particularly obvious. The multi filter column self-cleaning filter is composed of tank body, filter column, backwash structure, reducer, electric valve, differential pressure controller and electric control box.
The diaphragm in the tank body divides it into two chambers, the upper part is the clear water area, the lower part is the muddy water area, the two are completely separated, and a number of stainless steel filter columns are installed on the diaphragm. Raw water to be treated enters the muddy water area through the inlet and enters the inner cavity of the filter column through the water cloth hole on the diaphragm from bottom to up. Impurities larger than the filter column gap are intercepted, water through the gap into the clean water area. All the liquid filtered by the filter column meets in the clear water area and finally flows out through the outlet. When the impurities accumulate to a certain thickness in the filter column, there will be a pressure difference between the clean water area and the muddy water area. At this time, the differential pressure controller can automatically control the recoilment mechanism to start, and the backwashing system can also be manually started to remove the filter slag.

Particles larger than the gap are collected to form a filter layer, so as to further improve the filtration accuracy. 6, Backwashing mechanism is reliable: the tank body is divided into clean water area and muddy water chamber, backwashing sucker and filter column are installed in two chambers, separated by a partition between the two chambers, the sucker is close to the smooth partition, because it does not contact with impurities, so that the backwashing mechanism is reliable and durable.
