According to PTFE, the material itself is hydrophobic, while hydrophilic P TFE is treated, so the liquid flux of water PTFE membrane is poor. PES folded cartridge, the filtration medium is currently the world’s excellent polyether sulfonate microporous filter membrane, accounting for more than 80% of the volume of the filter membrane. Nylon folded cartridge, the filtration medium is hydrophilic nylon microporous membrane, the combination of postalon and polypropylene support material is hot-fused, no adhesive, no fiber shedding, suitable for chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Main features: stable hydrophilicity, strong flexibility, high retention rate, good chemical resistance, especially suitable for organic solvent filtration.
What are the advantages of PTFE cartridge

What are the reasons for frequent damage
1, the raw water quality is poor, the filtration effect is unstable, causing regular fluctuations, resulting in too much particulate matter entering the cartridge, resulting in shortening the cycle.
2, pre-treatment effect is poor, pre-treatment added flocculant, scale inhibitor, etc. are not compatible with each other or with the water source does not match, the formation of sticky substances attached to the surface of the folded cartridge, resulting in the folded cartridge pore blockage, the effective filtration area is reduced, resulting in frequent replacement of the cartridge.
3, the quality of the folded cartridge is not good, the pore size inside and outside of the folded cartridge with poor quality is basically the same, in fact, only the outer layer plays an intercepting role, while the filtering pore size of the excellent cartridge is reduced step by step from the outside to the inside, and the filtration precision of the inner layer is 5μm-0.5μm, with a larger dirt-holding capacity, and the use of a long time can also ensure that the filtered water quality is qualified.
