The high-flow folding filter uses deep fine polypropylene or glass fiber membrane as the filter material. It has a large diameter of 6 inches / 152mm, no central rod, one-way opening, and specially designed inside-to-outside filter direction to ensure all pollution. The particles are trapped inside the filter element. The ultra-large flow design significantly reduces the amount of filter cartridges and filter housing , greatly reducing equipment input costs and labor costs.
This filter cartridge features a melt-blown polypropylene (PP) depth filtration media, effectively removing sediment, rust, silt, and other particulate contaminants from water. Its high-flow design allows for maximum flow rates up to 60 GPM (gallons per minute), making it ideal for large-scale water treatment systems, cooling towers, pre-filtration for reverse osmosis (RO), and process water applications.
This cartridge is commonly used in power plants, chemical processing, food & beverage production, and municipal water treatment where reliable, high-flow filtration is critical. For optimal performance, pair with a compatible filter housing and monitor pressure drop to determine replacement intervals.
