Introduction
LEFILTER reverse osmosis water treatment equipment uses pretreatment device (quartz sand filter, activated carbon filter, water softener, security filter). With RO reverse osmosis system multiple filtration and separation of water ion technology, the salt removal rate can reach 97%-99%.
I.The whole filtration process as below:
Raw water tank (user prepare by himself) → Raw water pump → Quartz sand filter → Activated carbon filter → Anti-scale dosing system → Security filter → High pressure pump → Reverse osmosis system → Pure water tank (user prepare by himself)
II.One RO filtration system includes the following products:
Raw water pump——1 set
Quartz sand filter——1 set
Activated carbon filter——1 set
Anti-scale dosing system——1 set
Security filter (precision filter or cartridge type filter) ——1 set
High pressure pump——1 set
Reverse osmosis system——1 set
Function of every part:
1.Raw water pump——Provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter/ water softener
2.Quartz sand filter——Get rid of turbidity, suspended matter
3.Active carbon filter——Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.
4.Anti-scale dosing system / Softener——Exchange “ions” of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5.Security filter (precision filter or cartridge type filter)——Prevent large particles into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um.
6.High pressure pump——Provide the high pressure to RO membrane
7.RO system——Main part of the plant. The RO membrane’s desalting rate can reach 97% and above, removing over 99% ions.
