Ultrafiltration (UF membrane) is a core pressure-driven separation medium for industrial water pretreatment, with a pore size range of 0.01–0.1μm. Different from micro filter cartridges and reverse osmosis components, UF membrane fully intercepts suspended solids, colloids, bacteria and viruses, while allowing mineral salts and small molecular organics to pass through smoothly. Our factory adopts hydrophilic PVDF & PES hollow fiber materials for industrial UF modules, with built-in automatic online backwashing function to cut daily maintenance work. As the front protective barrier of RO systems, it stabilizes inlet SDI value below 3 and extends the service life of expensive RO membrane by 2–3 times.
