Working Process
After the fluid containing impurities enters the Multi-Cartridge Self-Cleaning Filter, it will be evenly distributed to each filter column. When the fluid passes through the filter screen in the filter column, the impurity particles are intercepted on the surface of the filter screen because they cannot pass through the pores of the filter screen, while the clean fluid penetrates the filter screen, is collected and then discharged from the outlet, completing the initial filtration.
As the filtration continues and the impurities on the surface of the filter screen increase, when the preset degree of blockage or time interval is reached, the intelligent control unit will start the automatic backwash system. This system injects the backwash liquid into the inner side of the filter screen in reverse to form a powerful reverse water flow, so that the impurities on the surface of the filter screen are washed off. Subsequently, the impurities are discharged along the sewage pipeline, and the filter screen restores a good filtering state. Each filter column sequentially undergoes the backwash operation in a cycle to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the filter.
