How to Care for a Basket Filter：
1. The basket filter can be installed horizontally, and the inlet and outlet directions should be consistent with the arrow directions on the valve body.
2. The core part of the basket filter is the filter element. The filter element is composed of a filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh is a vulnerable part and requires special protection.
3. After working for a period of time, a certain amount of impurities will precipitate in the filter element. At this time, the pressure drop will increase and the flow rate will decrease. The impurities in the filter element need to be removed in time.
4. When cleaning impurities, pay special attention to the fact that the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element cannot be deformed or damaged. Otherwise, after reinstalling it, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet the design requirements, and compressors, pumps, instruments and other equipment will be damaged. to destruction.
5. If the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it must be replaced immediately.
