Fiber ball filter is a new type of water quality precision treatment equipment among pressure filters. In the past, the double filter material filter, walnut shell filter or sand filter is often used for oily sewage reinjection treatment. Nowadays, the fiber ball filter can meet the standard of oily sewage reinjection. The fiber ball is made of a special fiber filament synthesized by a new chemical formula. The main feature is that it has been improved essentially from the oil-wet type of fiber filter material to the water-wet type. The filter layer in the high efficiency fiber ball filter uses a polyester fiber ball with a height of about 1.2 meter, and the raw water flows from top to bottom. It can effectively remove oil, suspended matter, algae, organic matter from water.

Working principle:
The fiber ball filter is also a pressure mechanical filter, and the porosity of the fiber ball accounts for about 93% of the filter material layer. When the fiber ball filter runs, the water flows from the tank top to the tank bottom, due to the resistance of the water through the filter layer, the filter material forms an ideal gap structure, which is not only a large flux, but also increases the pollution interception ability. It can remove the suspended matter and sediment in the water, and play a good role in the removal of organic matter, colloids, iron, manganese and other impurities in the water.
Filtration state: When the system is in a filtration state, the unfiltered water is evenly distributed through the water distributor, and the water passes through the filter material layer in the filter tank in a laminar flow state. When the water flows through the material layer, the impurities are trapped in the filter layer. There are a number of evenly distributed water collectors at the bottom of the filter tank, the filtered water is evenly collected and led out, advection filtration can make the filter work at high flow rate, and still achieve a better filtration effect.
Backwash state: With the accumulation of impurities in the filtration layer, the pressure loss inside the filter will continue to increase. When the inlet and outlet pressure loss reaches the set value, the system will automatically activate the timing differential pressure device to convert the filter to the backwash state, and the motor will drive the agitator to rotate in the tank, which is more convenient to clean the accumulated impurities. When the system is in a backwash state, the flow of water flows upward from the bottom, the motor drives the mixer to fully clean the filter material, and the sewage flows out directly from the sewage outlet. After backwashing, the system returns to normal filtering state.
