Product details
During normal operation, water enters the filter through the water inlet, and most of the pollutants will be retained by the media layer to ensure that the production system is not polluted. During operation, when the impurities and suspended solids in the water reach a certain amount, the differential pressure control device will detect the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, and when the pressure difference reaches the set value, the electronic control PLC will send a signal to the three-way hydraulic control valve.
At this time, the valve will close the inlet channel and open the sewage channel, the water from other filter units will flush the media layer of the filter unit, and the sewage will be discharged through the outlet to complete the cleaning process. The sand filter can also be discharged through the timer control, the timer will be set according to the time to send out a sewage signal, the process is the same as the above.
