The curved surface of the hyperbolic impeller is a curved body made up of curves rotating along the y-axis; in order to cater for the flow of water, the design feeds water from the centre of the impeller, which on the one hand reduces the inlet vein flow, and on the other hand ensures the uniform pressure of the liquid on the surface of the impeller, so as to ensure the balance of the whole machine in the state of motion.

Heavy-duty output bearings provide adequate support for all loads applied to the rotor, eliminating the need for lower guide bearings. In addition, the oversized drive shaft and sturdy mounting base minimise rotor deflection and vibration.

Parts in contact with liquids are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Special coatings and materials are available on request for extremely saline corrosive wastewater.
