LF-BW-FR Anti-Fouling RO Membrane For High COD Sewage Recycling Projects

High COD printing and dyeing wastewater, municipal tertiary reclaimed water and steel plant circulating cooling water contain a large number of organic pollutants, algae and biological mucus. Ordinary standard RO membrane will form dense biofilm on the surface within 1-2 months of operation, resulting in sharp increase of differential pressure, reduced water yield and frequent shutdown chemical cleaning, which seriously affects the continuous production of enterprises. Our LF-BW-FR anti-fouling brackish water RO membrane innovatively adopts 34mil widened flow channel and super hydrophilic TFC coating, which greatly reduces the adhesion of organic dirt and microorganisms, extends the chemical cleaning cycle from 1-2 months to more than half a year, and cuts the annual maintenance cost of the membrane system by more than 40%. The special anti-pollution structure can still maintain a stable salt rejection rate of more than 99.6 under long-term contact with high organic raw water.
