LF-SW Series Seawater Desalination RO Membrane High Pressure Resistant For Marine Fresh Water Production

Ordinary brackish water RO membrane cannot withstand the 32000ppm high salt concentration of seawater and 800psi high operating pressure, and is prone to separation layer damage and rapid flux attenuation after short-term operation. Our self-produced LF-SW series seawater RO membrane adopts fully reinforced winding structure and high-pressure resistant polyamide separation layer, which can stably operate under 800psi maximum pressure, and the single-stage desalination salt rejection rate is as high as 99.7%, which can directly convert raw seawater into standard drinking fresh water without multi-stage concentration treatment. The membrane fiber is thickened and reinforced, avoiding fiber breakage caused by long-term high-pressure impact, and the anti-scaling surface coating slows the precipitation of sodium chloride crystals on the membrane surface.
