High electricity expenditure has become a core pain point for most small and medium pure water stations running tap water and shallow well water with TDS below 500ppm. Conventional LF-BW brackish RO membrane requires 225psi standard working pressure, which brings long-term high load on high-pressure pumps and pushes up monthly operation costs sharply. Our independently manufactured LF-XULP series ultra-low pressure reverse osmosis element adopts optimized aromatic polyamide TFC composite coating, achieving stable 98.5 average salt rejection under only 100psi test pressure. This design reduces the whole system’s energy consumption by nearly one third, and lowers the pressure bearing requirement of pipelines and FRP pressure vessels to save equipment investment at the early construction stage.
All LF-XULP energy-saving RO membrane models and matched PAN internal pressure UF membrane pretreatment modules are fully listed in our water filter element
