Bio-pharmacy industry
Filtration of bottled water, liquid glucose, edible oil, juice, soft drink and milk
Petrochemical industry
Micro-electronics
Process water
Pulp & paper and textiles
Municipal water
Product properties
The structure of gradual aperture
Maximum flow of one filter can be up to 110m³/h during the water filtering.
Filtration system size can be reduced by 50% in maximum.
Filters with the length of 20″, 40″and 60″ can be offered.
Inside-out directions guarantee all impurities will be left inside the filters.
This is a large diameter (152 mm/6 inch), coreless, single open ended (SOE), pleated cartridge with an inside to outside flow direction, allows for maximum dirt holding capacity, extending service life for change-out. The high flow by large filtration area reduces the quantity of filter cartridge and the size of housings required.
The polypropylene construction offers broad chemical compatibility. The unique filtration media of polypropylene and glass fiber results in an excellent filtration efficiency, which largely reduces the burden of downstream process for particle removal applications, such as cooling water, RO systems for seawater desalination, oil fields and other industrial fields etc.
Features
Absolute micron retention ratings from 0.45 to 100 microns
Ergonomically designed handle.
High surface area, high flow rates with low pressure drops
Various configuration in lengths and adaptors
Project
The main step in seawater desalination treatment is to remove salt and other minerals from seawater. This process is very important, because seawater with high salinity cannot be drunk directly, and excessive salt content may also cause corrosion to subsequent equipment. In this link, the role of high-flow filter is very critical. It uses a filter element made of polypropylene, which can ensure the stability and durability of the equipment itself when processing high-salinity seawater, and can also reduce the overall operating cost of the system to a certain extent.
After seawater has been desalted, the next step is to remove impurities to improve water quality. This link is also one of the main responsibilities of the filter. The Parker XPHP-L-6100E replacement has a unique design, large flow rate, and high filtration efficiency. It can effectively remove suspended solids in seawater and provide well-pretreated seawater to the evaporation device. Incorrect pretreatment may block the evaporation device. The advantages of this design are obvious. In addition to reducing steam pollution, it can also reduce energy consumption and further improve the operating efficiency of the system.
Benefits
Reduce capital expenditure by fewer cartridges and housings used.
