Filtration Process
- Fluid Inlet
- When the filtration process begins, the fluid to be filtered enters the cartridge through the inlet port located on one of the end – caps. The inlet is designed to distribute the fluid evenly across the cross – section of the filter media, ensuring uniform filtration and maximizing the use of the filter’s capacity.
- Filtration through the Media
- As the fluid passes through the filter media, contaminants are trapped based on their size. Particles larger than the pore size of the filter media are physically blocked.
