Process Flow
Filtration is a continuous operation, i.e., the fluid is sent to the filter from the upstream of the process by a pump pressurized to 0.4MPa(G), the solids in the liquid are separated out in the filter, the solid removal rate is required to be ≥95%, the separated liquid is returned to the process system, and the diverted solids should be able to be discharged automatically, and the filter is equipped with self-cleaning functions, such as backwashing and anti-blowdown.

Filtration process: Clean liquid is filtered out through the cartridge under pressure. Solid particles accumulate on the surface of the cartridge and form a homogeneous cake, which is retained on the cartridge due to its concave-convex contour and the continuously maintained differential pressure.
Drain slurry process: At the end of the filtration cycle, the unfiltered residual liquid left in the filter tank must be drained for further processing of the residual cake. Compressed gas, air or nitrogen, is introduced and continuously pressurized in the tank to completely remove the residual liquid from the tank, with part of it going to the clearing tank and part of it going to the residual liquid tank.

Drying of the cake: After cleaning, the operation is continued with gases, i.e. cold or hot air, nitrogen or steam, until the best possible residual moisture is achieved, if the cake needs to be dried a bottom filter is added to the bottom of the machine.
Cake unloading: After draining the filter, cleaning and drying the cake, compressed air is introduced to start blowing the filter cartridge and the cake is discharged from the slag outlet.
Filter element cleaning: after the completion of slag removal and unloading, pass into nitrogen, steam, water, hot water or post-filtration liquid to clean the filter element.
