Industrial water treatment and gas purification
1. Antibiotic production decarbonization filtration (Indian Orchid Pharmaceuticals)
Technological innovation: SP Company uses asymmetric stainless steel membrane tubes as the decarbonization core to replace traditional multi-stage filtration.
Effect:
- Activated carbon filtration efficiency reaches 99.99%, and dry carbon moisture content <15%;
- Backwash water and gas consumption is only 1/34 of that of ordinary filters.
2. Auto parts wastewater COD deep treatment
- Problem: The evaporator outlet water COD is as high as 800 ppm, and conventional activated carbon adsorption cannot meet the standard (COD>300 ppm).
- Solution: Add a “wastewater COD standard filter” after the evaporator, integrating activated carbon adsorption and regeneration functions.
- Effect: The outlet water COD is reduced to 200 ppm, colorless and odorless, and the regeneration function reduces operating costs.
3. Amine liquid purification in the petrochemical industry
- Application scenario: The lean liquid filter is loaded with 900 kg of high-temperature resistant activated carbon to absorb impurities in the desulfurized amine liquid.
- Failure impact: Activated carbon saturation causes amine liquid foaming, solvent regeneration tower flushing, and operation disorder.
- Replacement process: Cut out the system → water washing → steam sulfur removal → safe carbon unloading → loading new carbon to ensure dry gas sulfur content <20 mg/m³
